A grand Family Wedding AT Dos Palomas Ranch
Among in the picturesque hills of Boerne, Texas, Dos Palomas Ranch provided a breathtaking backdrop for a memorable fall wedding day for Mallory and Travis. As an Austin, Texas Wedding Photographer, I often see trends of similar color schemes, but this couple's bold choice of gold and emerald green highlighted the event with a rich, elegant ambiance that perfectly complemented the modern charm of the ranch. While a threat of rain added some suspense just before the ceremony, following the radar, the vendor team was able to make a quick decision to push the ceremony up a few moments so we could continue to hold it outside, which was Mallory’s dream!
The festivities continued seamlessly into the evening, where the dance floor beamed with celebratory vibes . The DJ killed it with top hits and some country flaire keeping the dance floor packed all night long. Late-night snacks were a highlight, when the the irresistible aroma of a Whataburger Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits delivery greeted hungry guests. Glow sticks were passed around which added a playful glow to the night, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere electric.
My goal as a wedding photographer is to capture every moment of the day with true colors, natural poses and raw emotions, that when Mallory Travis and their families look back on photos, they can vividly remember the joy and celebratory feelings from the day. From the heartfelt ceremony, to the lively dance floor and late-night snacks, Dos Palomas Ranch witnessed a wedding day that seamlessly blended nostalgia with contemporary flair, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
